Reworking the Guild

Some things have been discussed recently about the future of the guild come Cataclysm:

1. We will not be recruiting non-rp members. All new and current members MUST be roleplayers.
   
2. The rankings have been redesigned to make sense. They are based upon RP events.
   
3. There is talk of doing guild raids and Tori has been made the raid master, should such a thing work out. In particular, we talked about doing IC raids and dungeons.
   
4. We also discussed RPing in public and promoting/publicizing our events. We can do this by RPing in the open, allowign for random RPers to join in, inviting people to planned events, and by talking about our events on the official WoW SWC RP forums.

If you have any further ideas about the guild, or concerns with anything we have talked about here, please, please contact Ani and the co-GMs so that we can talk about it and perhaps even call another meeting to order to figure it out. We want everyone to be happy.
